Apple and Sour Cream Cake
Ingredients
1 packet of Vanilla Cake Mix (use cake mix only not the icing)
1 cup of coconut
125 grams melted butter
1 tin of apple pie apples
1 tub of sour cream
1 egg
Method
Mix cake mix, coconut and melted butter in a bowl.
Press into greased slice tin
Bake for 20 min (or until golden brown) 160 degrees.
Combine tinned apple and sour cream and egg, mix well.
Spread evenly over the cake base and cook for a further 45 – 50 min (or until set and golden
brown).
Allow to cool, slice, and enjoy!

afternoon tea snack, the kids will love it.
